The weather in Priština

Kosovo

A lovely panorama for example is Mount Đeravica in the  Prokletije mountains, the highest point in Kosovo. After the end of the Kosovo war in 1999, the region was able to recover from many years of turmoil and destruction. 2008 it was declared independent from Serbia, but officially it is still a protectorate by UNO and EU. This is also why travellers can pay in Euros. The capital Priština offers many sights and very interesting cultural highlights, for example the Osman monuments like the Sultan-Mehmet-II.-al-Fātih mosque, the Jasār Pascha mosque and the bath house „Great Hammam“.
