- Our services are free of charge for you as a tour operator. As a sales and marketing office on the German-speaking market we have the mandate for the implementation of specific activities in sales and marketing such as sales calls, events and educational trips, market research as well as other activities in the market. We advise our partner DMCs so they can succeed in the markets we service.
For incoming agencies / destination management companies:
- As a sales and marketing agency for clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, we have a contract with our partner DMCs to carry out targeted sales and marketing activities. This includes the organisation of sales trips, events and information trips (Famtrips), targeted market research as well as activities.
- We advise each of our partner incoming agencies on how to successfully establish themselves in the markets we serve.
- The marketing of the represented destinations and incoming agency partners in the B2B sector is as much a part of our tasks as the presence at trade fairs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At the most important tourism trade fair ITB in Berlin, tour operators and interested agencies can meet us every year at our own large stand with many of our partners. We are happy to assist in planning the trade fair presence of our incoming agency partners. Our experienced staff also represent the DMCs/Incoming agencies on site and competently inform trade visitors about the destinations and services.
- We also take care of your destination marketing outside of trade fairs: we meet tour operators during smaller and larger events, on our sales tours through Germany, Switzerland and Austria and on roadshows. We also organise customer events ourselves, at which we create a presentation platform for our partner DMCs.
- Online, we present our DMC partners on the social media platforms Facebook, XING, LinkedIn or Youtube. In this way, we use various channels to ensure that our DMC partners are highly visible to B2B customers in the German-speaking market.
